The center and surrounding areas are smoke-free, vapour-free and drug-free. Violations of these rules can be ruled out at any time. Please refer to the rules and regulations for ticketing events at the Rendezvous Event Center. Compliance with these rules is expected and is part of the ticket purchase contract. These rules and regulations are designed to protect our participants, musicians and talents, volunteers and staff and are designed to provide the most enjoyable experience for all participants. The following rules are general event rules for the venue. Please read the rules, regulations and guidelines for your specific event, as the rules vary depending on the organizer. You will receive an SMS every day at 17:00 informing you which side of the street to park on. Don`t let snow lead to a ticket or towing.
Here are some things you need to know to avoid a ticketing or towing service: ANIMALS The Rendezvous Event Center is a pet-free venue during events, with the exception of service animals as defined by the ADA. ALCOHOL 21+ Persons wishing to purchase alcohol on the site must be over 21 years of age. Alcohol is sold to those who present valid identification to local vendors. WAGONS folding trolleys are allowed to enter the room, but must be folded once you have claimed your seat. It cannot be used for the duration of the event. CHILDREN 12 AND UNDER Children under 12 are allowed with a paying adult and are only allowed in the general admission area. Small pocket umbrellas (Any umbrella considered oversized for festival staff must be removed.) Coolers must be: width (11.5 inches) by depth (8 inches) by height (10.5 inches) or smaller No personal chairs in the VIP area. The VIP area is furnished with chairs. * Children under the age of 12 are only free in the general admission area. Foods allowed fruits/vegetables/small pre-cut snacks. SMOKING/VAPING The Rendezvous Event Center is a smoke- and vapour-free venue.

Drunk customers may be denied access to the surrounding center at any time. Sign up for daily alternate side parking reminders via SMS! PHOTOGRAPHY There will be a Chamber-approved photographer on site to take photos during the events. Event photos are used by Winter Park & Fraser Chamber for promotional and marketing purposes. Individual professional filming and/or recording equipment is NOT permitted. Read the full instructions on photos of the place. Frisbees, weapons, confetti, bull horns, noisemakers, laser pointers are almost always prohibited by all organizers and can be confiscated. (Customers are often thrown out.) No unauthorized brochures, documents, announcements, etc. GA seats are on the lawn, chairs are allowed without awnings or blankets. The total height of the vertical chair (including the legs and the entire length of the back of the chair) must not exceed 37 inches.
